Been making this place our every other weekend outing with the kids but that all changed on our last visit. My favorite ultimate sampler disappeared, that killed my reason to go. (They could have adjusted the price). My wife and grandson were also not happy with their orders either. Her wings were dry and he had to send his Philly cheese steak back for being very dry too. We usually don't go until 9:30 or 10 pm , not a good excuse, but maybe that's why. Needless to say, it will be awhile before we return.
Ugh, it's just okay, you know? I really think B-Dubs has been getting worse for ages. The last few times I went, it was whatever. And that was, like, almost a decade ago. I was hoping it'd be better this time, but nope. It all came back to me why I stopped going. So, yeah, I'm done with B-Dubs. Still waiting on a pickup order placed over an hour and a half ago, for a pickup time of 40 minutes ago. No one is providing helpful updates.
I was trying to come order some food at quarter after 11:00 and despite the fact that your hours of operation say you're open till midnight apparently your bartender, who was very rude and disrespectful, said that you're going to close your kitchen at quarter after 11:00 and we had to leave. I'm very distressed by this and I probably won't be back anytime soon. I don't appreciate the lack of operational control
