Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my go to spots. I pretty much only eat the wings here, and their buffalo sauce is amazing! But the reason I’m finally writing a review isn’t just because of the food, it’s because of our waitress, Divinity. I’ve seen a lot of exhausted employees here lately, people who are so tired they can barely smile or speak, which is completely understandable. I will never go back. I had the worst Mother's Day experience ever. The Manager on was HORRIBLE. Didn't care about the food quality that was being served. Food was not hot, the chicken was dry and the fried pickles you only get 8-10 for $10... Unacceptable service. They just need to shut down. It was empty anyways. I will never be back.

We went here this afternoon, had to wait 5 minutes to be waited because there was no hostess, the take out girl wasn't paying attention, and all the servers were ignoring us. Our server did not introduce herself, not very attentive. We also saw MULTIPLE customers leave that were waiting at least 10 min a piece to be seated. The place was dead, horrible service, food took forever to come, manager didnt even care. This bw3s is very slow no one is at the host desk lonesome are waiting and walking because not even a acknowledgement, servers are rude and act like they don't want to be there, multiple customers I've seen since I've been here asked for a manager and they can't even come out Ridiculous I would avoid this establishment
