Saturday night… 6:50 pm… brewer game… stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes… no one greeted us and so we went to the bar. We've been sitting at the bar for 10 mins and no staff has said a word to us. Thats weird. Bartender did finally approach us (only person running around) and she was nice which pretty much saved the experience. AUTUMN is the best employee they have- and she was delightful !!! Interesting experience - It just seemed as though the other staff were not moving quickly at all at any table…
Incorrect order and was told a refund couldn't be processed until tomorrow.
Food always good, very friendly and helpful host and server.
Not great. Not horrible. Okay service. Everything is just okay.
