Placed an order at seven o'clock said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. 8 o clock comes and still no food. Was promised a refund still waiting for it a day later. So now I'm out $39. And no food. Worst experience ever. Manager wouldn't even come out had one girl out there saying five more minutes an hour ago. Update it's now been 4 days and still no refund for bad service and no food. Got charged 33.69. When will I get my money back?
Now I know why it took me a long time to eat here. I ordered my appetizer "the ultimate sampler" I ordered the fried pickles that weren't bad. The cheeseburger sliders not so great cheese curds and onion rings were GROSS 🤢! Very greasy tastes like they haven't changed their fryer oil recently. Needless to say I didn't eat all of it and didn't take it to go. I also got my main meal before my appetizer. The beer tasted a little yeasty. Not sure how often they clean their taps and lines. We try to order take-out from this location occasionally, but they always forget something or our items are wrong. It's always worth double checking your order because it seems like the employees just simply don't care about doing it themselves. Website said our order would be ready at 7:50, but they had to remake it since it got sent out with someone else, then also had to come back for a missing item, got home at 9. Also ordered fries, didn't get them and didn't wanna wait another hour.
Amazing place I look forward to going there again. Keep up the great work.
