I was not very impressed with the food. Fries were cold upon arrival. Sampler plate was mildly warm. Cheese curds were burnt. I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger with crispy bacon. Bacon was flimsy burger was almost burnt. My salad however, was perfect. Service took us over an hour to get our food. And it was really not that busy there. Food is fine but every-time we come here whether dine in or take out it takes an obscene amount of time to get our food. Today I arrive for my pick up order at the stated time on the app and it took at least an additional half an hour to receive my food as I sat and watched everyone else walk in get their food and walk out and I didn’t even have a large order. 2 out of 3 chicken strips were inedible. They tasted like eating cartilage. Additionally, my fries were cold and stale.
