I was very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was poor from the beginning, and the overall dining experience did not meet expectations. One of the biggest issues was that we had to ask for basic items such as napkins and forks. Since Buffalo Wild Wings serves messy, sauce-covered wings, it should be common practice to provide enough napkins and utensils without customers having to request them. Food was quick but not good like other times at other locations. Waitress kept forgetting to bring us stuff such as straws, plates, our food… By the time everyone got the rest of the food half us were already finished with our food. Then they charged us for the wrong food items and they added an extra of a random item. We had to tell them 🫤would have gone to mc.d if this was the experience lol
Fun atmosphere for family. Great food.
