I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I had to visit this location three separate times just for a single meal. First, my pickup order was incomplete, requiring me to drive all the way back to pick up the missing items. After returning home a second time to eat, I found a hair in my wrap. I placed a pickup order since they don’t deliver and offer all the same deals through DoorDash. When I got home I realized I didn’t receive my beer cheese steak sandwich. This was my dinner. I was not given an apology just asked if I wanted to drive another 15 minutes and wait an additional 20 minutes past the time I was quoted to pickup another one. They offered me a credit, but this shouldn’t have happened with a screen and and checks and balances.
Olivia and the GM Amanda did an amazing job and always ensured the best service and spectacular atmosphere! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
