Extremely slow service, you will often have to flag down a server just to even get your drink order in. And don't you dare think you can get your bill once you finish your food, you have to actively do the servers' jobs for them. They desperately need service training ASAP.

For dine out orders they keep forgetting the sauces for the samplers. Physically going back to get it corrected they act rude like you are trying to get free food n its a hassle. Nobody confirms the order before they bag it. I just want what I paid for the first time. Half the time they dont put in the divider for the sampler boxes.

Food is good, but the regularly priced food is very pricey for what you get. Love the selection of sauces. They are busy at times, restaurant is clean, can be noisy. 8/14/2026 - The franchise owner appears to have disabled the the Value Bundles from online ordering. This was a great option that brought great value to otherwise very expensive food. Be aware this option is no longer available at this time. I will not be returning as a customer until the option is re-enabled.
