My daughter and I went yesterday(7/16/26) for dinner (Prattville AL location). We were greeted and asked for a booth. The hostess said there wasnt one available (we were standing right across from one)). Our soon to be server came up and said to sit them in the available booth and he would take the table. Order via phone call. We were traveling to gulf shores . Our 3 orders were all wrong. We sat down and waited for correct order waited 45 minutes. Manager walked by our table several times and wouldn’t even make contact and did not apologize one time. Will never go back
