Extremely slow service for a carry out order placed online. Way past designated pick up time. Restaurant half full. I do not recommend this location.
The place is great but my wings were dried out and hard.
Saw on bww website they have endless apps so I came in and they said they couldn't keep up with it so they had to discontinue. Also, every beer I ordered I had to ask for the garnish.
Placed an order at 10:03 and the host Paulina kept telling to come back and they didn’t tell me they lost my orden til midnight and manager still came out with an attitude!! 2 hours for 20 wings is crazy.
Visited this place twice while I was in town from Houston. As a rewards member I have never had an issue before. Day 1 I submitted 4k plus points towards our meal and still got charged full price, they told me to come back later to figure it out…then o the next day I ordered hatch queso X2 for delivery and they sent me 2 dipping cups of queso lol. I wish I had the time to talk with management but as I stated, I live in Houston. Props to B Dub’s. 6825 N Grand Pkwy W Spring, TX 77389 United States. One of the best!
