To go order - wings were overcooked, dried out and barely warm. Definitely not representative of the BWW brand. Fries were overcooked, onion rings soggy. The wait was more than 30 minutes after arrival for an on line take out order. The restaurant was out of chicken strips and multiple sauces and required multiple customers to change their orders. This place is so dysfunctional.
We ordered 20 boneless wings and fries and my baby we ordered him a grilled cheese. Everything was FREEZING COLD the second it hit our table. The fries were hard and old tasting and smelling. I used to love bdubs, but this food was atrocious!! Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours under a warmer and then tossed in room temperature sauce. 10/10 don’t recommend based on the food quality alone. Server was sweet and prompt.
