Large amount of hair in the fries of a kids meal. All management was willing to do was take off the kids meal and mail out food certificates. I requested the whole order be refunded as it was all tossed after seeing the type of conditions the food was obviously being prepared in and was told no. I also don’t understand how they feel like an appropriate solution to disgusting food is a certificate to order more food????? No thank you. I don’t want anything from that place anymore.
I had a takeout order today from this location. Jake helped me at the to go order spot. He was incredibly friendly and kind in the five minute interaction we had. Shout out to him for going above and beyond.
