We went to B Dubs today for lunch. They only had two servers from what we could see. Lena was our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing. Seeing those girls run their butts off, and work so hard while still smiling and trying to have a positive outlook was awesome! You girls rock! And because of that we will happily come see you again!!!
No matter what day it is or what the time is, it's been an extremely poor experience. multiple items are always missing. everything from sauces, sides or complete meals. it's actually pretty crazy how consistent the problem is when ordering from here. Tonight, I didn't get half my order. I'm so frustrated, so unfortunately I'll no longer order from here. which, I do know doesn't really effect bbw whatsoever, but maybe someone can look into this and save someone else from this headache. Really disappointing experience. We came in as a couple and right away the service felt very unwelcoming. The staff barely communicated with us, and it was difficult to get our order taken because there wasn’t much communication at all. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks, and when I got my Deluxe Shirley Temple, there was absolutely no carbonation in it.
