Update: order cancelled from the store as I called. No explanation or history of my order. Ordered 2 hours ago and still waiting for pickup. I begged my husband for BW3 never again! So ridiculous.

I went here on a Saturday evening there were probably maybe 14 patrons one waiter so I gave him ample time first I waited 10 minutes to be seated and he never did come back not even to get my drink order so total time wasted at this place 45 minutes and I left there were 3 other waitress there and not one even offered to help out not a big b-dub fan anyway so I definitely will never go back just like everything else in Xenia you don't care about your customers this is why nothing makes it here I will go to beavercreek even t... read more
Every time we order carry out- our order is never ready on time or even shortly after. We wait for an extended period of time to get our food. When we arrive it takes over 10 minutes just to find someone who is working carry out. And even longer to get our food. And when we addressed these issues with the manager, she was rude, laughed it off and had an attitude. Not even apologetic at all.
