Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I came in to pick up an order and walked into four employees standing around the front desk talking. Not one person greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered to help. After I had been standing there for about five minutes, an employee finally asked whether I was dining in or picking up. No customer service skills what so ever I guess because I wasn’t sitting down I didnt matter. Walked in waiter and the host was talking she greeted me and asked was I coming in for a pickup I said yes said my name she said ohhh (pointed to the bags on a shelf) and said your bag is right there turned around and started talking to her friend again that’s it
Why so stingy with the sauce? Ordered 30 medium 30 teriyaki and 30 Parmesan garlic. Medium wings tasted and looked like they walked by the sauce. Same with parm wings. Hardly any sauce. Teriyaki was good but this is now second time ordering and wings hardly had sauce on them. Tighten up, y'all used to be better
