I spent 50 minutes waiting for some type of acknowledgment at the bar. Meanwhile, I watched the bartender serve people who came in after me—at least two different couples. At one point, she was standing directly in front of me and still said nothing! Could I have said something? Sure. But why should I have to? Everything would be 0 stars but not an option. We tried a family night out and requested the patio which has music, TVs, working propane fire but were told the staff didn’t want to go out there.,we nicely tried inside but had to leave bc our 2 yr old wanted to run as they do. Just don’t have a patio that’s open, music playing and ready for use if your staff is to lazy. Also we tip BIG so you missed out
I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I have to in this case. A few months ago, we ordered food for the super bowl. We ordered the kid's menu chicken for our 3 year old son. Thank God we checked it first because the chicken was raw as could be. We contacted them and they offered us a deal for some free food to reimburse us for the situation. With all the negative reviews why doesn’t anything change for the better??? This was the worst food experience we have ever eaten dining out.
