The Service was prompt and friendly, the orders came out quickly but the Buffalo wings were not hot, which certainly affects how they taste.
After reading the reviews, we were hesitant to go as we passed through BUTTE. But it was perfect. Sat quickly, waitress arrived immediately and took our drink and food order. Drinks came fast and food was not far behind. It was busy as it was Tuesday. No issues here. Food was as good as normal.
BWW you guys really dropped the ball on this one. Don’t overdo it lmfao….. Def won’t be ordering from you guys again. Ordered a 10 piece boneless & got a very very sad 9 wings. lol… too expensive to not be served what i paid for.
First of all. I ordered a honey BBQ chicken salad with no croutons and no bacon. I picked up my order and noticed there was both croutons and bacon so I sent it back and waited 20 minutes for them to make a new one. No apology. Whatever not a huge deal but, I didn't think to check my wings I ordered 20 traditional wings. 10 jammin jalapeño and 10 desert heat. Drove all the way home and go figure! No sauce! no dry rub on a single wing!! Thanks for wasting my money and time! I will never return!
I suppose its only fair that i let u know why I only gave 3 stars om a door dasher so I cant rate the food although everytime I come in I feel like im ok putting staff out some how ive been ignored and brushed off several times and especially when we puck up from bye the doors and ive talked to a cpl dashers that feel the same way I have got plenty of restaurant experience ive cooked in many restaurants in this town so I know how things go so im very patient and never try to rush the staff and i dont huff or puff or talk und... read more
