So, the food here is totally yummy, just what you'd expect from a BWW, right? And the vibe was really cool too – loved the atmosphere! Plus, the service was absolutely fantastic!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The waitress was great. However, the kitchen staff could not make food. We were here a few days ago and thought because of the first night of softball nationals they were just over whelmed. Today, we came in with the team. With over 2 hours to eat we got it with less than 10 minutes left to go for a game. Not everyone was able to eat though. And there was only a few others eating when we were here. Ordered for pick up wraps and curds with a cup of mac. Finally brought our food out more than an hour after I ordered when we selected ASAP. The wraps did not taste good and were tough to chew and chicken inside tasted burnt. The cheese curds also tasted burnt. The bowl of mac was okay, but the food quality was not worth the crazy wait. They had one guy trying to man the online ordering when there was probably 15 people or more waiting for orders.
