We’ve tried to go to the Columbus, IN, location a handful of times over the past year and we’re either ignored while we’re waiting to get a table whereas literally no one talks to us or we put in to go order and then an hour and a half later it’s still not ready and no one is doing anything about it. This is probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Period. Have not experienced this at other BWW restaurants so it must be an issue with this one.
Horrible wait times.
I was in there a couple weekends ago it was on a sunday. I had my service dog and my family with me. The manager threating to beat my ass in front of the whole restaurant. Wouldn't let my dog in there. It was the most disrespectful way to go about making a point clear. I hope that dude realizes how he will effect buffalo wild wings. He is the gm of the store his name is james.
Super fun place!! Great food & great place to hang with friends!!
