My experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Clinton, Iowa was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our bartender/server, Candace, was unfriendly and inattentive. We waited far too long before she even took our order, and throughout our visit she showed very little interest in providing good customer service. Whoever is in charge of the take out deliveries needs to do a better job. Every time we have ordered take out, something has been missing or wrong with our order. When I say, "every time," I'm not exaggerating either. Last night was no exception. Two of our sauces that we ordered on the side were not included in our bag. Occasionally forgetting a sauce or making a small mistake on an order is understandable, but the number of times this has happened is unacceptable. Get your act together Buffalo Wild Wings.
