One super small ranch for a 20 piece? Ruined my whole experience. This place has gone downhill, avoid.
Sat in the waiting area for 1 hour, place was half empty. It was a busy Saturday night. Ended up leaving and going to Chick Fill A.
The wait time is CRAZYYYY. ATTENDED THE PEOPLE BEFORE US. The guests were like “theyve been waiting here before us” and pointed to my group of three and the waiter was like “oh its okay” AND SAT THEM
Buffalo Wild Wings really tested our patience tonight 😂 No hostess, slow service, and about a 30-minute wait for food in a nearly empty restaurant. The cheesesteak sandwich was disappointing, and the crispy buffalo salad wasn’t any better. Maybe the wings are the only safe bet here. Even getting the check felt like an additional course. Won’t be back.
If they aren’t messing up orders then they are requesting you wait 45 minutes because they are short staffed, when the place is only 15% full, but you can see staff in the back texting on phones and goofing off. This location really needs to go away. It’s been slowly declining in customer service and food quality over the past few years. Management is never available when requested. Get this place restaurant out of San Marcos.
