Mediocre meal and service. We waited almost ten minutes to be seated despite the place being empty.
Worst buffalo wild wing and bartender experience of my life. Both me and a co-worker came on 8/14/26 for our lunch break and the bartender was rude we had to ask for a menu 15 minutes after being there sitting at the bar waiting. In the end we never received our food because our lunch break was over and we had a meeting to go to so we never got to eat. She never once asked if we needed anything or told us let me check on your food. Horrible customer service! We will never go back to this location!
I love BWW but they're having a hard time getting it together. Won't stop me from going but always be prepared for less than desirable anything
After waiting for 15 minutes, and asking to be moved to a section where a server would actually take our order... we left. It wasn't busy at all. Awful service. And zero response to complaints about not being waited on. They just stared at us and said nothing.
I no longer fear Hell, because I have been to Buffalo wild wings new braunfels
