The counter staff at this place was dysfunctional to say the least. It took 1hr plus for the restaurant to fix and serve two meals. The food was either ice cold or slightly warm when we got it. And how does the request for blue cheese dressing sound anything like Thousand Island as the from counter guy who took our order said they sound the same to him. Food is all grease! Service is slow Atmosphere is unpleasant..dark and air is stale. So maybe not a lunch place. If you are drinking and watching sports eating junk food might be perfect.
Everyone has to gather around and figure out who will take a black woman’s takeout order. So frustrating that I get stares like “ who is going to take her order?” Btw I stood there before that w/ 3 ppl in my view including the guy who clearly looked like a manager, waiting for my order to take.
