Just left the BWW in Mechanicsburg, PA and had the most horrible service. It's no wonder the place was empty at 6pm. My husband ordered a simple salad with no dressing. It came with dressing all over it. Sent it back. It took them 45 minutes to bring a new one. The entire table was finished eating by the time they brought it. On Sunday August 2nd, I got there at 10:50pm, they don’t close until midnight. I wanted 1 drink, no food, that’s it. Walked in and they told me they couldn’t serve me because they were closing early for the night because the manager had things to do…. Not even 1 drink. I cannot speak highly enough about the service and kindness provided to our group from Rylee and Kylie. They are the light in the darkness. They are wind beneath our (chicken) wings. Wish we could give 6 stars.
