absolutely the worst place to eat. food is always cold and takes 2 and a half hours to get the food. the staff is never nice. were there for over 2 hours and had to ask multiple times for a refill, napkins , sauces, utensils and still didn’t get it. waited 30 minutes for to go boxes. we ended up just boxing up our food and leaving. 70 dollars later for a miserable time.
Nachos were cold and in itty pieces. It’s like crumps you get in a chips bag. Won’t be coming back.
It does take a minute to place your drink and food orders. I had to order three different entrees because they were out of certain ingredients in the items I had ordered. I've never actually been to a restaurant that screwed up nachos, but Buffalo Wild Wings exceeded expectations in that. The food arrived cold; I'll never visit this establishment again
