Long line nearly all empty table told we can be seated but there is long wait due to a lot of orders coming in but hearing employees talking and laughing a lot

"Shay", the manager, was defensive and unhelpful in correcting the incompetent fulfillment of order #1010032 placed via Uber Eats. Her option was for me to drive to the store so they could see the many missing items. I offered to send a picture but that was not acceptable. It was raining and driving would defeat the whole reason for it being delivered. 3 brownies were delivered however only 2 were ordered. I’ve been coming here for some years now and I can honestly say about 90 percent of the time I come here I get pretty bad service. I would rate this place at a one star but there are good servers and bartenders who actually go above and beyond (rare). The biggest reason I come back is for sporting events and cheap wild herd beer. Their food quality over the years has really gone down hill to the point where the wings really aren’t worth the price unless you try to get a discount on the app or certain days of the week.
