Really disappointing experience. It’s Sunday during football season, and they weren’t even that busy, but we were put on a wait because the kitchen was backed up with no estimated wait time. Properly staggering tables should prevent that kind of backup in the first place. The host was unfriendly, and the lack of seating for people waiting was crazy. This location clearly needs more staff, better-trained staff, and better organization. We ended up leaving for a local wing place instead. This location has really gone downhill.
Me and my husband always love going to Buffalo to sit at the bar and watch NFL/SEC football games. We always come back to this location because of the service of the bartender Alyssa!! She’s the best and treats us well. We will always come back because of her service.
Came in On sat at 12 am to place an order 2 ho still no service made available not very happy abiut it to say the least set at bar she just bsing with people finally after posting she finally asks me but I now have no time 2 b waiting another 30 min
Unless you're a regular at the bar don't bother.
