I really enjoy the lunch specials that they offer, they are delicious and fresh cooked real meat and cheaper than you can get at a fast food restaurant and the quality is way better! If you miss the lunch specials then they have the two for $19.99 that gives two complete meals AGAIN, cheaper than you can get it fast food restaurants AND better quality!

While the atmosphere and service were good, the main reason we came was for the food, and unfortunately, that was very disappointing. We ordered two burgers from the menu, and my son had the chicken tenders. The food was extremely salty, and the chicken tenders were hard and unpleasant to eat. Later that evening, both my wife and I developed severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I was out of town and always love to find a BWW. Service when I walked in was quick. Rolando was a great server, attentive but not too overbearing. AMBRIA!!! Made my drinks with love and I absolutely love that kind of energy! That’s what customer service in the food industry is all about. She never seen my face but made my drink with love?! 5 star for everyone!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. The wings were dry, bland, and tasted like they’d been sitting out forever, and the fries weren’t any better. We later found out our food had been sitting in a bag for almost an hour before it was handed to us. There was barely any sauce on the wings, making them some of the driest I’ve had in years. When I asked for a quick solution, the only option they offered was to remake the order, which would have taken another 30 minutes to an hour.
