Everything was amazing. Emily was so amazing with us, the food was fresh and hot
For this to be a new location, they suck. No one wears gloves while handling people’s food! I placed an order online and I came when they said it would be ready. Well it was not and they had a nasty attitude when I kept asking how much longer. Mind you it said my order was ready on the screen but they had just dropped my fries. For me it’s the attitude! If your board says it ready and it’s not then you should not have marked it ready. Do better Wingstop
this place SUCKS. I’ve been eating at this place for years, and every Tuesday i go here the quality gets worse. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my dad ordered a classic chicken sandwich. We both got pickles on our sandwiches after ASKING for no pickles or tomatoes. My brother ordered Mac and cheese and it had 0 cheese and all DRY Mac. We go here very often , about once a week , and we never ran into a server so horrible, from start to end Juliet was the rudest person . We were kind the whole time , but she must’ve been having a bad day and decided to take it out on all her customers. Shout out to the tall white guy with glasses , he’s always kind.
I have been going to this location for a long time and I have never been so disappointed as I was today. The server, Juliette had absolutely no customer service skills or even basic manners.
