Probably the worse BWW I have ever been to, slow service, had to eat my meal with out a drink yea I had my first drink before meal ordered another one when the food came out never received it so I canceled the drink when I finished my food. Then waited 40 minutes to check out. I would understand if they were super busy but they were not there was maybe a total of 4 to 5 tables 3 servers and a bar tender.
This was my first time having Buffalo Wild wings.The food was amazing. Their was no wait time to be seated. The staff was very professional, and friendly and very attentive. 10/10 all across the board. I will come again soon.
I ordered a pick up order , the front desk was unattended, I waited 15 min while I’m hearing the staff talking and laughing at the kitchen. I had to call someone by raising my voice ( EXUSE ME) , then someone showed up and handed me my order that was sitting there for so long with no single word like I bothered him by calling
Our server and everyone on the staff we interacted with were very sweet, but this place needs a serious deep clean. The host was busy assisting someone else when we came in and told us to seat ourselves at a clean table. NONE of the tables were clean. The ones that were “clean” had crumbs on the booth and floor. We asked for menus 2x because the menus had food/sauce smeared inside. The walls around the booths had a visible layer of filth that no amount of wiping with a terry cloth will get rid of.
