I went there to get a quick bite and beverage after working late on a Wednesday night. I sat at the bar (VERY bright lights on) - which only had 5-6 other people in the bar area. Sat there for 10+ minutes - and received ZERO acknowledgement from staff. I got up to walk out and as I was leaving, the server said she would be with me in a few minutes. I left anyway and gave my business to a nearby restaurant. Staff training is definitely needed. I won't return to this location again.
