Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and my order arrived without the ranch that was supposed to come with it. I called the restaurant hoping they could help, but the response I received was basically, “Okay… sorry,” with no effort to make it right. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service is what makes the difference. A simple apology without offering any solution left me feeling like my business didn’t matter. I hope they improve how they handle these situations in the future.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
cold food, nachos didn't have cheese, pepsi was not good, plus the roof was dripping water. Very bad service
Service was friendly food was great.
