10/3/26. We had a terrible experience with waitress. Got our drink and food order. Did not check back for any needed refills. I had to track her down at least 3 times to get refills, which then she did not ask what everyone needed and brought the exact drinks back. Someone in our party spilled a drink, so we got wet rags and cleaned it up, but they never brought any extra napkins afterwards so had to get those from the bar. Awful. We waited for 2+ hours while there was a table open, which they gave to another person who came in later than us, when we had our name on a list. I get that 10 people is a lot, but c'mon, guys!! There was another table open, too, and they sat down instead of cleaning it. When we FINALLY sat down, they said we couldn't even order drinks or appetizers until 40-45 minutes later, which would be after the game we wanted to watch in the first place. Been waiting almost 2 hours for a table. Sure, 10 is a lot to accommodate but they appear to have no interest in cleaning the tables to seat us. A group of ten left 30 minutes ago and the table still isn’t cleared. Obviously management has no idea what they are doing. It’s football Sunday and the staff seems to be moving as if there isn’t any urgency.

Walked in and was seated right away. Waitress took our order at 7 pm. Place was not busy. We saw a server drop food around 7:30 pm and they cleaned it up, no wet floor sign then the server came out with our food, slipped on the wet floor and food went all over the floor. We waited 45 minutes after we ordered. Waitress never gave us updates of our order. We left. Very disappointing service. We had to get our waitresses attention to let her know we’re leaving. Not one sorry or anything. Will not be back.

Place was half full. Simple salad and appetizer. Took an hour and only the appetizer arrived ...., and it was cold. Rude delivery, no napkins or utensils. Salad never arrived...
