Great food, good atmosphere and friendly service
I decided to give this place another chance today. After last week's experience, the customer service was already not great, but I wanted to try again. It's incredibly frustrating because they actively advertise as a sports bar and invite people to "make your watch party plans" at their establishment. Yet, last week we had to fight just to get patio seating to see the game, and today we were denied access to the patio entirely with no valid explanation and a very dismissive attitude from the staff. Deanne was our server and she was AMAZING. The issue was the food. We ordered a burger and my husband was clear that he wanted it plain, only bacon and patty. When it arrived it had cheese so we politely asked for it to be replaced, again Deanne was amazing and took care of it immediately. When the replacement was brought to the table it was clear the kitchen had just removed the cheese but did not remake the burger. Y'all, I don't normally leave reviews but you legitimately irritated me tonight and I should have left without paying. Was out catching a show at 707 and decided to pop next door for a quick snack, ordered chicken strips and fries to go. Pretty empty restaurant, nobody at the bar, took a solid 20 minutes or so and from my vantage point at the bar I could hear that my order had been missed or forgotten.
