Very slow and order always comes out with something wrong
I had a very disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in New Caney. The attendant working in the takeout area completely ignored me. She saw me standing there waiting to ask a simple question, yet she continued walking in and out, taking other orders without ever acknowledging me. I work in the shopping center and live in the woodlands and when I got home there was kitchen trash in my food. I called and they promised a refund about 2 weeks ago and nothing has hit my account. Don’t dine here unless you want to eat trash
Usually this place is great but today when I get home and open my hatch queso it looks half eaten. Missing more than half or Did they put a used one in my dish??? I see the rim of the queso where it was full I believe?? Either way unable to eat due to not knowing. Check your order before you leave! I live to far to return for a queso complaint. :(. See picture below that is exactly how it came. :(.
Aggravated because I spent $8.99 on an appetizer that I am not going to eat and an additional $0.60 for extra southwest ranch, but didn’t receive the sauce that came with it or the sauce I paid additional for.
