I have been told Buffalo Wild Wings hundreds of times and the service is always terrible. I've gone to this one, some in Phoenix, even some in New Mexico and California and the bad service is the common denominator. It doesn't matter if there's 5 people in the restaurant or 50 service is extremely slow. We went most recently during one of the FIFA world cup games without realizing the game was on. Ordered a takeout salad with Basalmic vinegar dressing. They did not include it. Wife only ate the chicken. You would think they would pay attention to this request. Just looked at the order ticket. It says Vidalia onion. We ordered bbq chicken with croutons with basalmic vinegar. Plain chicken with no basalmic dressing and no croutons was provided. Quality control is lacking.
