We ate at BWW in Pell City tonight and Dani, our server, was amazing! She was efficient, personable, and on point. Awesome experience!
Sat at the bar for ten minutes without a drink while bartender talked to 2guys. Seemed liked if you were a regular or friend you got taken care of first Good food…Horrible service at the bar. I had to ask if my to-go order was done after 40 minutes…for a dble cheeseburger and fries Food was though
The food for the whole table was cold when we received it. 2 in our party didn’t get their meals and had to wait an additional 20-30 mins on top of the 40 mins we had already waited for food. One girl at the table had her food brought out wrong multiple times. We also had to get the checks corrected because they were wrong. It was all together a bad experience. I usually like BWW but my last two visits to this location have been really bad.
