Bartender was all alone! She was very nice, and was definitely hustling. Just sad to see not even a manager was in sight to help! Props to her 👏 give that woman a raise if shes doing all the work.
Old Orchard Mall's Buffalo Wild Wing was outstanding. Great food and excellent service.
We weren't sure how it was going to be because when we walked in we were headed 2 menus by Jacob and told to 'go find a place to sit as he motioned to the dining area. Not a great first impression. However, Isaiah brought it home with excellent service and polite conversation. Great job Isaiah!
We had an issue with ordering and redeeming points on the app. Manager let us know that although they couldn’t help us with app issues, he still was able to help us order and get $ off due to the error. Eventually he saw that the points were taken off and explained how to get the points redeemed in the future. Super communicative, helpful and friendly!
