The service was the worst. We were seated for 30 min before being asked what we wanted to order. We never even got asked one time if we wanted to refill our drinks the entire time we sat there. The food took so long to receive. When it came time to pay we received our bill and the server walked away and was gone for a whole ten minutes in the back. Came here with my sisters around 7:15pm place is not busy at all got seated quickly but it took forever for them to come take our order.. after food was brought out our food was barley warm.. i hate to complain but even the our server kept disapearing was never offered a refill on our drinks.. at this point we wanted to leave we asked another server if they could charge us told us we had to wait for our server… which again took awhile.. overall bad service and food..def not worth what we spent.
Sunday afternoon saw the slowest service I have ever received in any restaurant in my life. They had 2 waiters total. Drink stayed empty for 45 minutes, and didnt take our order for almost an hour. I don't get it. Food tasted great, restaurant was clean, but the worst service of my life.
My husband wanted to surprise me with my favorite wings, lemon pepper and Parmesan flavors. He ordered the correct ones, and even his friends heard him ordering the correct flavors. However, when he brought them home, we found out that the lemon pepper had been changed to the original buffalo flavor. Unfortunately, he trusted that the order was correct and did not check it since this had never happened before. We are unsure how this could have happened. Had an absolute blast at Buffalo Wild Wings, and a massive part of that was thanks to our incredible waiter, Jared! From the moment we sat down, Jared went above and beyond to make our experience top-notch. He was friendly, funny, and just all-around great to talk to, instantly making us feel welcome.
