This place has absolutely fallen off a cliff. We were once told the Shorewood B-Dubs was one of the busiest in the Midwest. If that’s true, whoever is running it now has done an impressive job of running it into the ground. We waited about 5 minutes at the host stand while employees walked past without acknowledging us. This is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings - so you get consistent food and you know what you are going to get. The only reason I give 3 stars, is the fact that the manager/lead cook/whom ever, is so freaking loud. In the kitchen area, there is a woman that is screaming (what I assume) are completed order numbers. I kid you not... some examples... "Fifty ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE", "Seven TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN". Very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, but I ended up waiting almost an hour. After all that, I got home—only about 4 minutes away—and the food was already cold. The portions were also ridiculous. I ordered a large fry, and the huge box was maybe 15% full. It honestly feels like the portions have been cut in half while the prices keep going up. I understand restaurants get busy, but waiting that long for cold food and tiny portions is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT… they took forever and all for it to be that they order wasn’t ready cause they didn’t make it yet. This Bdubs used to be pretty good dine-in, not sure what’s happening on the takeout end. Nothings going to come of this. They’ll probably reply with some bullshit AI response which is all the more annoying. Save your money and goto the canes across the street lol
Not seating people due to bathrooms out of order. No communication. Heard from other patrons after 15 minute wait
