Everything is okay just why one of your kitchen employees is come out at the bar with gloves and touch his friends with it on , and he returned to the kitchen with same gloves no one said nothing is gross

This place ALWAYS misses items in takeout orders. Yesterday, I ordered the sampler with 4 sauces included and they gave me no sauces. To eat a dish like this with no sauce is horrible. Called to let them know, and they promised to call back to discuss solutions, and told me to wait for a callback shortly after. I waited a whole day for this call to never come. Horrible service and to the point of giving an impression of saving money by missing items intentionally. Shame on you people.

Placed a pick up order waited 5 mins to be acknowledged at the counter. My food was ready but my drink was not had to wait an additional 10 mins for my fountain drink. Tried to make conversation with the staff that was at the counter while I waited as no one had even walked in the door behind me but they wouldn't even respond back.

I am writing to report a terrible experience with our order tonight. Our order was completely missing the mozzarella sticks. When we called the store, the worker explicitly promised that someone would drive out and deliver them to us right away. We waited over 40 minutes and nobody ever showed up.(Edit: after about 50-60 mins of waitinf they showed up still disappointed but its gets an extra star) (Other times ive went here it was good but this experience wasnt im afraid.)
