Jessie was amazing n so sweet
This location of Buffalo needs to do better. I placed my order at 9:30pm and it was picked up around 9:50-10:00pm. The ticket says it was ready at 9:35pm. My wings and fries weren’t even luke warm…..just cold as if they had been sitting. The service I received over the phone was great.
I came in with my family because my son was moving into Southern University this weekend. From the moment I walked in I had a great time. Yes good time was a little pushed back but i understood why because they were busy busy. Overall my server Destiney was great but I also want to say The manager for the night was awesome! She was a great hand to her staff. She was cleaning tables and greeting guest but also keeping her staff happy as much as she possibly could. Overall our experience was good. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and it’s not close. First we waited over an hour for our food. When we got our food one plate was missing food, one plate was cold, and one was missing a drink which we didn’t receive until 5 minutes before we got our check. The manager dropped off the remade food and didn’t take any time to check on us and the service we have been provided tonight, she quickly ran away before I had a chance to speak with her. I rated 1 all across even though our server was amazing. It was not his fault. They were short staffed .and our guy was doing circles all around the place. Which caused a 30 minute delay on our first drink.. he truly tried to be attentive. The down fall he had no support. The bartender kept disappearing. One of the busgirls had a nasty attitude. I was just passing through town.. But I would not recommend this location at all
