Ordered online and went in to pick it up. Everything in the order was wrong. Then they brought out what was suppose to be the right order and it was still wrong.
I'm from out of town visiting family and stopped in for food drinks and to visit with family. Had Macy as a waitress who was absolutely amazing. She has a great attitude wonderful personality and great smile thank you Buffalo Wild Wings, Macy is a KEEPER
I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, largely due to the service from a waitress named Macie. She took an extremely long time to bring refills and the check, and when the bill finally arrived, I noticed I was charged more for the exact same items I ordered the day before. So everything was good me and my friend went to have fun and get food for our families and just chill a bit after work. Our waitress was nice. The problem was a girl who I guess worked there was picking up are trays looked at both of us and told us to tip accordingly because that’s how she gets paid to. Keep in mind not my server saw her one time. Ordered delivery and there is apparently little quality control on the orders going out. My sandwich should have had lettuce cheese tomato and onion. It came with old tomato and lettuce. Not to mention the salad I paid extra for as a side, was a salad mix with a little cheese thrown on it with a tomato that was beyond ripe. Gross
