Genuienly the worst experience ive had in any restaurant, we got in 8pm and it took until 8:40 andus asking to get a waiter to even get our drinks and order, then i order nachos without the chips (literally the ingredients to nachos without chips) and a side of fries. My friends got their food around 9:10 and it took us asking 3x where my food was before i actually got it. By the time i got my food everyone was done eating. This spot does not honor the specials on the app. I went in and there was a special for wings on the app for the world cup and was not able to use, they said each branch chooses which special to offer which to me makes no sense, it is a franchise and as such it should apply to all of BWW locations.
Sarah was such a sweetheart. She checked on me regularly and even wrote a friendly "Go Cowboys" on my bill even though she's a diehard Raiders fan. Much respect. 💯
Very disappointed about the service online. I feel sorry for dashdoor drivers having to wait 30-50 mins for 1 small order and employees don’t even answer the phone. Store needs better management.
