They gave us the wrong order. Right name on the napkin bag, wrong name on all the boxes. I tried to file a complaint online, but the form couldn’t be submitted without selecting a store and—shocker—that wasn’t working. Beef on Weck was absolute garbage. A gram of meat. They didn’t include au jus.
Location has gone to shit. Go to Chula Vista
Tried to place an order at this location through the app and kept getting an error code APP4241 and a “we’re experiencing technical difficulties” when trying to check out. I called this location to place my order and they refused to honor the app pricing and would rather not have the business.
