The service is terrible, the food is always cold, and to top it all off, they get angry while the cooks are smoking in the background.
Waited 40 minutes for my take out order only to have it come out cold. The stuff did say sorry for you wait, just let me get my manager. One we told them it was cold, the manger didn't to much. Now wanting on a refund and what customer service will do.
Went to watch the game at it was 65 degrees outside why would you have the ac on inside I asked them to turn it off and they just gave some bs excuses. I grew up here and used to love going here. The quality of the wings have went to crap and the management is garbage! You just lost a life long customer. I'll go over to rosters to get some real chicken and service and not freeze to watch my OSU games.
3 days of puking and diarrhea, 4 of my employees using sick days today, these are ex military guys, most never use a single sick day all year… one employee is hospitalized so far. We are filing grievances with the state on this location. Avoid for your safety!
