EVERY TIME I have ordered pick up from here it usually is ready within the actual time frame for me to pick up, the longest I’ve waited past my initial pick up time was 2-3 mins. Food is never wrong, food is actually fresh compared to certain locations. Never had anything missing, yet~.
We used to drive over from Germantown because the Germantown location had terrible service, but this location is just as bad—awful customer service. They seated us but never came back to take our drink orders, so we simply left.
We arrived and were greeted by an older lady who was visibly eating a meal. Rather than welcoming us she gave us an extremely unwelcoming dirty look. We were then left unaddressed without even being offered drinks. Very unprofessional service. We drove 30 minutes to come to this location
