We waited a few minutes for someone to seat us in a pretty empty restaurant. Placed our order and when the appetizer came out we were told one of our entrées was unavailable and asked if we’d like something else-obviously I’m not going to sit and watch my husband eat. Our food came and my burger was so overcooked it was inedible. After about 15 minutes our waiter checked in on us. He did take it off the bill. We ordered to go and for 3 people and they the person working there completely forgot to type in 1 of the orders even though it was the first thing we said, not ordering to go from here again.
Ordered for pickup this evening. Usually get some wings, which are normally pretty good. When ordering, we saw they now have a beer cheese cheesesteak sandwich, which on the website, looked good. See the photo. What we got looked entirely different. Now I understand what you get isn't exactly like whats pictures on the website show, but this was pathetic. BTW, this was a $14 sandwich. Updated review - everything remains the same except two areas. The tables are not being wiped down well enough. Lately every time I done there there is stickiness on the table. Secondly, the music played is not family friendly. A lot of music I would never let my teens listen to and the volume makes it hard to hold a conversation.
