I used to have Buffalo Wild Wings at 5 stars with a really good review, but after Saturday night, I had to change it. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had there. We sat outside and waited about 20 minutes for our server to come take our drink and corn dog order. I recently called to make a catering order, and it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. Exceptional customer service, very, very helpful, and the surprise I have for my husband they made it so easy for me. When I picked up my food, everything was there, I did not have to take anything back. The staff was amazing! Even brought some of our food to the car to help us. Walked in to pick up my to go order standing at the takeout desk for 5 mins with 2 people walking pass me twice and didn't even acknowledge me. I guess we can walk in and just grab whatever is sitting there!
