Sarah was super helpful and always checked in on our party to make sure everything was perfect. Super nice and talkative and honestly made our time there a great experience. Food was great and came out fast.
Nobody watching the lobby for pickup orders. Place was a mess. No acknowledgement of a huge line waiting to be helped. I always give this place another chance every so often and I'm extremely disappointed every time. All that hassle for even more disappointment when you eat your food and it's not good.
So weird, our server Sara was lovely and yes, it *was* dinner time at first, but we didn't sit down until 845p and the food took foooorrrreeeveeerrrrr to come out. Maybe its vacation/trainee season?!? Two of my kids fell asleep at the table and there were at least 2 occasions we just considered leaving to see if anyone noticed... THEN something ordered arrived to the table. We genuinely like BWs but Wow... and not in a good way.
My wings were cold and when I asked for my fries I got a rude response from the girl " they are frying " ok I get it
2+ hours of waiting for an order with no communication. Finially when I got ahold of someone on the phone, they said the the order was ready minus 1 item. I told them to please just give it to the dasher who waited 1.5 hours. They said sure, hung up and proceeded to make the dasher 45 minutes before handing them the same incomplete order. Dasher stated new people coming in were being helped just fine. Beyond ludicrously bad service.
