If I could give Tristian more than five stars, I absolutely would! In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, this young man was an absolute breath of fresh air. When we visited Buffalo Wild Wings, they were in a tough spot because the cook had either left or wasn't there. Instead of letting that stop him, Tristian rolled up his sleeves, jumped in, and even helped make some of our food—all while continuing to take care of his tables with a smile on his face. As a regular during the lunch hours, I was HIGHLY disappointed today. My order was taken at 12:10pm. 6 bone-in wings, fries, celery, ranch dressing, and sweet tea. Usually, the food comes out less than 10 minutes. At 12:30pm, my waiter comes by and says that he's gonna check on my order. He said "It shouldn't have taken this long."
