Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess who appeared disinterested and rushed, failing to escort us to our table or inquire about our seating preference. We as a black family came into the restaurant and we waited for 10 minutes to be seated. No one came! We ended up leaving! My daughter goes to USCB and we wanted to spend some time with her but these people are racist down here!
I just ordered through the app and my food was wrong. One meal was great, the other had 1 patty, cheese and a bun. Was supposed to be a triple bacon cheeseburger. Called bubs since I ordered it through the app and told to contact doordash. Doordash said get with bubs for help. It is in their bo,, they made it that way, I ordered through their app. Why do I have to go somewhere else.
Ugh, what a terrible experience. I'm never going back there. The food was so salty and cold. I even ordered a salad without bacon, and guess what? They "smartly" put bacon on it anyway.
