My water glass had black moldy looking specks all in the inside of it. We ordered a sandwich off of the menu and then was told they no longer make or serve that sandwich (still on the menu). So we just ordered a sample platter to share. It took almost an hour to get it and when it came to our table, everything was lukewarm warm except the marinara sauce, as well as hard. We ordered a bunch of food (family of 5) for pick up. They forgot a few things, I called and the 1st one I talked to had to transfer me to someone else. The second guy was super nice over the phone. Offered to have it made quick and for us to come and get it. My wings were dry and not very good. My husband's sandwich is WAY small for the price and on a hot dog bun not a hoagie bun. We were staying a hotel less than 5 minutes away and the food was cold. This was our 1st experience at BWW and I can honestly say we wont be back... read more

multiple bad experiences. Order pick up that was 30 minutes later than scheduled and was shorted on ordered food. UPDATE: shorted again on takeout, they did not care one bit. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GET THE FOOD YOU ORDER.
