Amazing bartenders and servers with great customer service. The food is always SO good too! Thank you Jamie and Karen for making every visit worthwhile! I live closer to another BWW but come to this one because I know I'll be treated with dignity and respect as a customer. The other BWW doesn't care, for a second, about their customers or food they serve their customers. Keep crushing it BWW College Park!
Went to this place and ordered 40 wings, 20 of those were supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Somehow, instead of letting me know if they were out of garlic Parmesan, the worker just gave me spicy wings without asking. If it was a minor difference, I wouldn’t be as upset, but no one in my family eats spicy wings. They should’ve at least asked or let me know before changing my order. Very disappointed with the service.
