I placed an order online, after I paid I learned it would arrive at my home in an hour. After an hour I checked the tracker section of the app the car was waiting to pick up the order, so I called the store and was told the order just left, however was still sitting at the store waiting to be picked up. I called the driver and he told me he was at Panera picking up another order, and he would drop my order off as soon as he finished picking up the next order, mind you the app still had him at BWW.
